If you have small children you want simple breakfast to get those kids out of the house to daycare, your babysitter ect.
These are three simple breakfast for your children that are healthy and filling.
1
Oatmeal
1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of milk
2 tbsp of maple syrup
1/2 tbsp of vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp of cinnamon
1/2 tbsp of nutmeg
Combine oats, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and maple syrup.
Bring to a boil. Then let it simmer 3-5 minutes. Cool it down. Serve or put in refrigerator, serve the next day.
2. Dry Cereal
Place cap’n Crunch or Apple jacks in a cup and go.
This is convenient and quick.
3. Banana pancakes
3 eggs
3 ripe bananas
Nutmeg, cinnamon, syrup(optional)
Butter
Beat eggs, mash bananas in a separate bowl. Add egs to banana mixture. Also add nutmeg and cinnamon.
Add butter to pan. Place mixture on pan. Flip the pancake whe you are able to lift pancake with spatula and it stays intact.
Once its done drizzle with favorite syrup or honey.
